Gallery-style white walls, polished epoxy floors, and a private outdoor lot that can be booked with the interior or on its own.
Most of what gets booked here is brand work — activations, product launches, immersive experiences, fashion shows, screenings, retail pop-ups, listening parties, content shoots, and private events across Miami's festival and Art Week calendar. Printing, fabrication, and interior design are handled in-house through sister companies, so a client can build, install, and run an entire program in one place.

In-house production
Printing, production, fabrication and interior design are handled in-house. That means vinyl, custom builds, signage, and install can be quoted and delivered as one scope instead of coordinated across separate vendors.
