Three walls available as hand-painted murals: the wall on NW 25th Street, a second wall inside the parking lot, and the shed. Available individually, with or without a venue booking. Artist fees at cost.
What comes with the space
These are included in an interior booking. You are not renting an empty room and then renting everything in it back.
- The movable digital cube. A repositionable digital display you can place wherever the activation needs it — entry moment, centerpiece, backdrop, or content wall. It moves with your floor plan rather than dictating it.
- The portico. Covered outdoor threshold at the entrance — arrivals, check-in, lounge, or shelter for a line.
- Professional sound system. Four overhead Electro-Voice speakers paired with dual subwoofers. Even coverage across the whole room, and enough low end for a DJ set, not just background music.
- Built-in wet bar. Gold-frame finishes, stone countertops, seating. A working hospitality anchor, so you're not building or renting a bar.
- Customizable photo booth. Premium gold-frame capture that can be branded to your campaign. Guests leave with shareable content carrying your creative.
- Brandable hexagonal windows. The signature facade element, wrappable with your logo or campaign visuals, visible to all vehicle and foot traffic on 25th Street.
- Wraparound street-art murals. Multi-artist work surrounding the building. Your activation has a backdrop before anyone walks through the door.
- LED screens. Installed and ready for your content — campaign visuals, live feeds, or looping brand film.
- LED lighting. Colour-controllable throughout, so the room can be dressed to your creative without a separate lighting package.
- Full climate control. The interior is air conditioned — which in Miami is a production consideration, not a comfort one.
- On-site event management. A site lead present for your event, not a key handover.
- Standard venue power. Additional distribution or generators priced once we see your load.
- Crowd-control barricades. Unbranded, included.
- Private on-site parking. Rare in Wynwood. Guests arrive and walk straight in.

How booking works
A 50% deposit confirms your dates, with the balance and a refundable security deposit due before load-in. Build and strike days book at the same rate as live days, and peak festival dates are quoted separately — ask early, those commit months ahead.
