The Walls

Three hand-painted wall murals on one corner — available individually or together, with or without the venue.

There are three walls here that can be hand-painted for a brand, and each one is available on its own. They are commissioned murals, not advertising space — artwork made for a wall, by an artist chosen for the brief. You can take one, two, or all three, with or without the room behind them.

Why a mural here works

In Wynwood, looking at painted walls is the reason people are on the street. Visitors arrive already photographing murals, which means a well-made piece is something people choose to stand in front of rather than something they scroll past. That only holds if the work is good — which is why the artist is commissioned to the brief rather than handed a logo to scale up.

The building carries multi-artist murals on every side, so brand work sits inside an established visual context rather than shouting over it.

Timing

Hand-painted work takes time, and the artist has to be booked as well as the wall. For a standard cycle, start the conversation four to six weeks out. For Miami Art Week or a festival week, considerably earlier — every mural artist in the city is committed months ahead of December.
