The lot is Encore Wynwood's private outdoor footprint on NW 25th Street. It can be booked on its own or as an extension of the interior, and it solves a problem that is genuinely hard in Wynwood: a controlled, private outdoor space with street presence, on a block people are already walking.
What it's used for
- Vehicle and trailer activations. Mobile experiences, branded trucks, Airstreams, and builds that need to arrive on wheels.
- Outdoor pop-ups and retail. Open to street traffic, or fenced and gated for invite-only.
- Overflow and queuing. Line management, check-in, and holding space for a larger program next door.
- Rideshare and pickup zones. Useful during festival weekends when nearby streets close.
- Production base. Inventory trucks, support vehicles, and staging.

Painting the lot
The lot has its own wall, and the shed sits in it too. Both can be hand-painted for a brand, which is why activations in the lot often commission a mural at the same time — the build then sits inside a finished environment rather than against a blank surface. Murals are priced separately, on request.
Permitting
Outdoor activations in the City of Miami often require temporary event permits, with a 60+ day lead time. We can prepare, file, and expedite permitting as a separate scope, with city fees at cost. If your dates are inside 60 days, tell us early so we can tell you honestly what is achievable.
