Art Week, III Points, Music Week, F1, Swim Week — when to book, when permits have to be filed, and what is realistically still available.
Miami runs on a handful of weeks where the whole city turns into a brand environment. Wynwood is where a lot of that activity actually gets built — not always where the headline event is staged, but where the activations, satellite programming and afterhours end up.
The practical problem with all of them is the same: the space, the crew and the vendors go early. This page is the honest version of when to move.
| Event | When | Start the conversation |

Dates shift year to year. Confirm against the official source before planning against them.
Three things, in this order, and none of them are the venue:
Festival and Art Week dates are quoted separately from standard rates, and multi-day packages covering build, live and strike are the norm rather than the exception. See what is included in a booking.
