Miami runs on a handful of weeks where the whole city turns into a brand environment. Wynwood is where a lot of that activity actually gets built — not always where the headline event is staged, but where the activations, satellite programming and afterhours end up.
The practical problem with all of them is the same: the space, the crew and the vendors go early. This page is the honest version of when to move.

What actually determines whether you can do it
Three things, in this order, and none of them are the venue:
- Permitting. City of Miami temporary event permits need 60 or more days of lead time. For a December activation that means filing by early October — not "sometime in the autumn." If your dates are inside 60 days and you need permits, we will tell you honestly what is and is not achievable rather than take the booking and hope.
- Production capacity. This is the one that catches people. During peak weeks every fabricator, printer and installer in Miami is committed and charging peak rates. Printing, production and fabrication here are in-house, which means your build is not competing for a slot in someone else's queue.
- Build and strike days. A one-night activation is rarely one day of space. Load-in, live, and load-out all book, and during Art Week the calendar either side of your date is usually already taken.
What you can take
- The interior — 3,250 sq ft including the covered portico, blank canvas, up to 200 standing.
- The lot — 5,520 sq ft of private outdoor space, which is genuinely scarce in Wynwood during a peak week. Vehicle activations, trailers, outdoor builds, queuing, production base.
- The walls — three surfaces available as hand-painted murals, individually or together.
- All three — the whole corner, for brands that want the block to read as theirs for the week.
