Miami Music Week

Miami Music Week 2027 runs March 22–28 — more than 200 separately promoted events across Greater Miami and Miami Beach. The Winter Music Conference runs March 24–26 in its 37th edition, and the week closes with Ultra Music Festival, March 26–28 at Bayfront Park.

We are not pitching you for 2am

Club Space, Floyd and the rest own the late-night slot during Music Week. They have the systems, the licences and thirty years of reputation, and a brand looking for a 2am room should book one of them.

The part of the week that is genuinely underserved is everything before midnight — and it is a much bigger part of the week than the schedule suggests.

What the daytime actually needs

• Industry sessions and panels. The Winter Music Conference window, March 24–26, is business hours. Panels need seating, sightlines, sound that carries speech, and a room that photographs as professional rather than as a club with the lights on.
• Label and brand showcases. Daytime showcases for press, buyers and partners — where a fixed club identity actively works against the brand paying for the room.
• Press days and content capture. Talent is in the city for a week and everyone wants time with them. A controlled interior plus a private lot for vehicles and crew is worth more than a dark room.
• Brand activations. Sponsors want daytime footfall and shareable content, not a queue at 1am.
• Daytime programming with an outdoor element. 3,250 sq ft indoors including the covered portico, opening onto a private 5,520 sq ft lot.

Why this room suits it

It is a blank canvas with no fixed identity, so it can be dressed to a label or a brand rather than fighting one. It has a fully integrated sound system — four overhead Electro-Voice speakers with dual subwoofers — which handles a panel and a DJ set equally. It has LED screens and LED lighting installed, so a showcase does not need a separate AV package. And the portico means a daytime event has somewhere to spill outdoors without leaving the property.

Printing, production, fabrication and interior design are handled in-house, which matters in a week when every vendor in Miami is committed and charging peak rates.
