Frequently Asked Questions

Pricing, capacity, permits, alcohol, insurance, and timelines — the questions we get asked most, answered directly.

How much does it cost to rent Encore Wynwood?

Pricing is quoted per project rather than published, because it depends on your dates, how many days you need, and whether you're taking the interior, the lot, the exterior wall, or all three. Build and strike days are booked at the same rate as live days, and Miami Art Week and peak festival dates are quoted separately. Send us your dates and format and we'll come back within one business day.

How big is the space?

The indoor space and covered portico total 3,250 square feet. The adjacent parking lot is 5,520 square feet and expands the footprint for larger builds and open-air programming. The lot can be booked separately or together with the interior.

What is the capacity?

Up to 200 guests standing or reception style, up to 150 theater style, and up to 120 seated at tables. Capacity varies with your layout and production build, so confirm your specific format with us.

Where is Encore Wynwood located?

410 NW 25th St, Miami, FL 33127, in the Wynwood Arts District. It is steps from Wynwood Walls, two blocks from Mana Wynwood, minutes from Midtown and the Design District, and roughly 20 minutes from Miami Beach and Miami International Airport.

Is there parking?

Yes. There is a private on-site parking lot, which is unusual in Wynwood. The lot is also rentable as its own activation footprint, so whether it is used for guest parking depends on how you book it.

Can we paint or brand the walls?

Yes. There are three walls available as hand-painted murals: the exterior wall on NW 25th Street, a second wall inside the private parking lot, and the shed in the lot. Each is available individually or together, priced on request, with artist fees billed at cost. They are not included in venue rental — you can commission a mural with or without booking the room.

Can we brand the windows?

Yes. The signature hexagonal windows are designed as branding real estate and can be wrapped with your logo, campaign visuals, or custom graphics, visible to all vehicle and foot traffic on 25th Street.

What kinds of events work best here?

Brand activations, product launches, immersive experiences, fashion shows, screenings, retail and merch pop-ups, listening parties, content and photo shoots, and private events. The room is a blank canvas with no columns or fixed walls, so it suits builds rather than fixed-format events.

Do you handle production and fabrication?

Yes. Printing, production, fabrication and interior design are handled in-house. Custom builds, vinyl, signage, install, and strike can be quoted as one scope rather than sourced across separate vendors.

Can we serve alcohol?

Yes. We work with a partner to serve alcohol, quoted on request. There is a built-in wet bar in the space.

Do you provide catering?

We work with an established food and beverage partner and can bring them into your scope, quoted separately from the venue rate.

Is the space air conditioned?

Yes, the interior is fully air conditioned — which matters more than people expect for Miami events, particularly for queuing and daytime activations.

What audio and technology is on site?

Four overhead Electro-Voice speakers with dual subwoofers, a customizable photo booth, a digital cube, and wall-mounted screens. Additional AV and production can be quoted.

What is the deposit and payment schedule?

A 50% deposit confirms your dates. The balance and a refundable security deposit are due prior to load-in. The security deposit is returned within five business days after the event, pending final inspection.

Do we need insurance?

Yes. Clients provide a certificate of insurance with $2,000,000 general liability naming Encore Media Wynwood LLC as additional insured, no later than three business days before the event.

Do you handle city permits?

We can prepare, file, and expedite City of Miami temporary event permits as a separate scope, with city fees billed at cost. Permitting needs 60 or more days of lead time, so raise it early.

How far ahead should we book for Miami Art Week?

Months. Art Basel Miami Beach runs December 4–6, 2026 with VIP previews December 2–3, and space in Wynwood commits well before then. If permits are involved, filing needs to happen by early October.

Can we book just the parking lot?

Yes. The lot is bookable on its own for vehicle activations, trailers, outdoor pop-ups, queuing, or production staging. It's quoted separately from the interior.

Can we book multiple days or a full week?

Yes. Multi-day and full-week packages are available, including build and strike days. Longer seasonal arrangements can be quoted for brands activating in Miami repeatedly.

Is Encore Wynwood near III Points?

Yes. Mana Wynwood, where III Points is held, is two blocks away, which makes the venue a practical location for satellite activations, artist lounges, press nights, and afterparties during festival week.
